HULDA'S SWEDISH BAKED GOODS: This father/daughter team's specialty is traditional Swedish baked goods. They use recipes that have been in their family for many generations and bake Limpa - a Swedish rye bread made with anise and orange zest that is sweet and savory; traditional vetebrod which is a yeast dough that is used for their cardamon braids; almond kringle, pepparkakor ( a delicious ginger spice cookie), oatmeal cookies, cinnamon rolls, and dinner rolls. LIBERTY FISH: Elisha prides herself on selling QUALITY, FRESH, DAY CUT SEAFOOD she picks up from the docks the morning of each market. The fish is sealed in cryovac packaging to maintain the highest quality from dock to door. NEVER FROZEN! NO PRESERVATIVES EVER! ROOT TO HAPPINESS: New to our market Brianne sells seasonal dried floral arrangements, wreaths, and bouquets. Leading up to Thanksgiving she makes dried floral pumpkins crafted from her dried flowers and miniature white pumpkins which are perfect for Fall decor and dinner centerpieces. In December she creates glass orb ornaments filled with colorful dried florals and fastened with a ribbon for hanging. She offers sign ups for their bouquet CSA program. There are limited spots available. These shares are popular gifts with gift cards available for the holidays.
